Job Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects

Conduct site visits to assess work progress and update cost estimates

Provide accurate quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications

Monitor project costs, identify any discrepancies, and suggest cost-saving measures

Liaise with clients, contractors, and project teams to ensure project efficiency

Prepare tender documents and evaluate bids from contractors

Assist in the preparation of final ac
