Job Title: Factory Manager – Abaya Tailoring

Location: Muscat, Oman

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Abaya Tailoring Factory Manager to oversee the operations of our Abaya tailoring facility. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of Abaya tailoring, from cutting and sewing to embroidery and finishing, along with expertise in machinery operation and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day factory operations, ensuring smooth workflow across all sections of Abaya tailoring.

• Supervise tailoring, embroidery, and quality control processes to maintain high standards.

• Manage the workforce, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring productivity.

• Coordinate with suppliers to source high-quality fabrics, threads, and materials.

• Maintain machinery, ensuring timely servicing and troubleshooting for tailoring and embroidery equipment.

• Optimize production processes to achieve monthly production targets.

• Implement safety and operational guidelines in the factory.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in managing Abaya tailoring operations.

• Strong knowledge of tailoring and embroidery machinery.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Ability to manage supplier relationships and procurement processes.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
